To say that the last year has been one of uncertainty may feel like an understatement. One thing that has remained certain has been the continuance of services provided to the community by YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts. Our staff have continued to provide valuable services to community members throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. YWCA SEMA has offered stability and empowerment during a time when many in our community are struggling. We remain committed to our mission of eliminating racism and empowering women and continue to fight injustice wherever we find it. Your generosity makes this work possible.
Thank you for your commitment to helping women, children, and people of color in our community.
The YWCA is an organization steeped in history and endowed with successes of thousands of girls and women and their families, who found that better lives were attainable with the help of our services and programs.
Today, we ask that you join us in our continued efforts to build an anti racist and empowered community by supporting our 2021-2022 Annual Fund.
Your gift helps us continue the work of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Your contribution helps the YWCA serve the diverse needs of women, girls, people of color, low-income individuals and families through advocacy, leadership development, racial and gender equity programs, and support services.
A gift from you supports anti-racism and economic empowerment community workshops. It provides safe and accessible childcare so that a parent/guardian can work. It provides a secure bedroom to a woman in need. It provides a support group for a widow/er. It helps a girl attend a summer program. It provides health information to a person in need of support.
When you give to the YWCA, you give to your community. You have the power to make a difference.
Thank you again for your generosity and continued support.
Warm regards and best wishes to you and your family this holiday season.
