Southcoast Health Supports Our Menstrual Access Drve

This week we received an incredible donation from Southcoast Health in support of menstrual access. Through their efforts, they donated over 3,500 products that will immediately go to support women and girls in our community.

Period poverty is a crisis that affects roughly 1 in 4 women in our area. Support like this does more than just supply hygiene products; it provides the opportunity to go to school and work without worry, freedom from health complications, and the dignity women and girls deserve.

YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts provides menstrual hygiene products and kits that include heating packs, Midol, and other menstrual support items at no cost to those in need, with no questions asked. This work is made possible by the generosity of those in our community, like Southcoast Health. We are so grateful to everyone who has contributed during our menstrual access drive and throughout the years.

Thank you again, Southcoast Health!

We are still accepting products for our menstrual access project. To learn more, click here.
