100 People, $100, One Powerful Community

At YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts, we believe that when we come together, small actions create a massive wave of change. This month, we are launching our 100 Strong: Empowering Change Together fundraiser and we are looking for 100 champions to help us reach the finish line.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to directly fund the vital programs that keep our community moving forward. Whether it’s providing safe housing for women in transition, offering quality after-school care through YWKids, or leading the charge for racial and gender equity, your $100 contribution ensures that no one in Southeastern Massachusetts has to face their challenges alone.
For over 110 years, YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts has been a pillar of support for women, girls, and families in the region. But the work of eliminating racism and empowering women is never finished. Last year alone, we helped over 4,000 people access the support they needed to thrive, and your support is what made it possible.
When you join the 100 Strong, your donation helps us:
- Ending Period Poverty: Provide a full year of supplies for nearly 100 women and girls, ensuring they can attend school and work with dignity.
- Build an Equitable Democracy: Fund non-partisan resources and transportation to the polls for historically underrepresented voters.
- Expand Horizons: Fund an entire summer of field trips for 12 children, allowing them to explore and learn beyond their neighborhoods.
- Support Families: Provide vital materials and meeting space for our Grandparents Raising Grandchildren support group.
Becoming one of the “100 Strong” is easy. You can make your tax-deductible donation of $100 (or any amount that feels right for you) through our secure portal:
While our goal is to find 100 people at the $100 level, every single dollar moves us closer to a more equitable community. You can also help by sharing this with your network. Tell your friends, family, and colleagues why you support the YWCA.
Are you ready to be one of the 100?
