Health & Wellness

Health & Wellness provides outreach and education to women, men and children. 

  • breast health
  • cardiovascular health
  • colorectal health
  • diabetes
  • nutrition
  • cervical health for women and girls
  • prostate health for men and boys

The program also provides referrals to free screening services to those who are uninsured or whose insurance does not cover the cost of these services.

Community Health Workers (CHWs) can facilitate education sessions in English, Spanish and Portuguese.  CHWs also offer transportation and accompany women to their appointments.
