The YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts offers a beautiful, low-cost space for the community to use. This space includes the use of the ballroom and conference room in the YWCA’s historic Levi Standish House.
The ballroom has a spacious layout with hardwood floors and the antique charm of fireplaces, ornate mirrors and chandeliers.
The conference room adjacent to this space has a comfortable feel with new carpeting and the warm décor of the fireplaces, mirrors and chandeliers– perfect for meetings. Utilized with the ballroom, this space works well for serving food. The space also includes a newly remodeled kitchen and a new barrier-free bathroom.
The YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts is located on the perimeter of New Bedford’s vibrant downtown making it a perfect location for accessibility from area businesses and locations.
Rental space has a capacity of 84 persons.
Fees include: $50/hour for 3 hours and $25/hour for each additional hour.
Additional fees include: $15/hour for custodial service, which includes opening ½ hour before the event and closing ½ hour after the event.
